We act for many clients which have overseas subsidiaries in various jurisdictions and help them by acting as a central point for information, management and communication. Our service is entirely flexible, and following a discussion with the client, we will devise a service plan most suited to their needs. Set out below are examples of the kind of service we can provide.
Example 1: Where a company has a number of overseas subsidiaries, we can assume overall responsibility for ongoing maintenance and statutory administration. We can act as a central point of contact for those persons in the UK who require information about the subsidiaries, maintain copies of all records for the subsidiaries on dedicated company secretarial software, and pro-actively monitor and provide regular compliance reports. We will also ensure that required changes advised to us are put into effect, liaising directly with the local contacts as and when required and minimising your time commitment.
Example 2: Where you wish to incorporate a company overseas but do not have a local contact, we can use our wide contact base to locate a local agent to assist you or to incorporate and administer the company directly where this is facilitated by online registration capability
