Charities
We form guarantee companies with the appropriate constitution for achieving charitable status. We also assist with securing registration as a charity from the Charity Commission. We help with ongoing statutory compliance and with formulating appropriate corporate governance policies.
Charities may be incorporated or unincorporated. If incorporated, they must be a company limited by guarantee, with appropriate governing documents, including articles of association, approved by the Charity Commission of England and Wales, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland as appropriate.
